Cinnamon Whipped Cream

2 cups heavy cream
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons brown sugar; white sugar can be also used
1 teaspoon cinnamon, well grounded
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Start by beating the heavy cream in the whipped cream dispenser, at moderate speed. Add the rest of the ingredients and continue to beat until the mixture will reach a peak stiff.
After you are ready you need to put the content in the freezer at least 4 hours before use.
Instead of cinnamon, you can use a combination of nutmeg and cardamom.
You can prepare the whipped cream the night before and keep it in the freezer. It is important that before use you beat it slightly for 10 seconds.
In case that you want to add a special taste, you can also add some maple syrup. If you want an even richer taste, you should also add some coconut milk.
Of course if you were to use the coconut milk method then you’d need to get even more whippers and cream chargers – and out fridge might be looking a but full by this point!!!
