tiramisu togoo – and frozen too

Tiramisu – but frozen – very grown up and a little bit sophisticated too.

Do you love tiramisu? If you do, then this frozen tiramisu recipe will be just the thing for you. The tiramisu is prepared in several separate portions and you can serve it in coffee cups or glasses. It will surely melt in your mouth!
– 250 grams of Mascarpone cheese;
– 1 liter of vanilla ice-cream which is a bit soft;
– 12 lady finger biscuits;
– 60 milliliters of strong coffee’
– some powdered cocoa.

lighten the whole dessert by whipping with a nitrous charger that makes the special even more so….
Put the cheese in a bowl and beat it with an electric mixer. Add small parts of the ice-cream from time to time. Mix the cheese and ice-cream well and then put in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
Put the biscuits in the coffee and then in the serving glasses. Put the ice-cream mixture on top and sprinkle with cocoa before putting in the fridge.
